By the end of this year, Coolblue will open its first store in Germany. On top of that, the online retailer will open another 5 in Belgium in the Netherlands. This will bring the total number of Coolblue stores to at least 20 by the end of this year.

Today, Coolblue publishes its results for 2020. The e-commerce company achieved a revenue of 2 billion euros (+34%) and a result (EBITDA) of 114 million euros, which is 66 million euros more than last year. Most of all, this was achieved by making very many customers happy (NPS = 68).

Today, Coolblue announces its annual figures for 2019. Thanks to investments in its own infrastructure, such as in 4 new stores, CoolblueBikes, and the installation of washing machines, televisions, and solar panels, the retailer achieved a record turnover of almost 1.5 billion euros. That is 130 million euros more than in 2018. In that same period, the operating profit (EBITDA) increased to a record high of 34.5 million euros (+28%).
