By the end of this year, Coolblue will open its first store in Germany. On top of that, the online retailer will open another 5 in Belgium in the Netherlands. This will bring the total number of Coolblue stores to at least 20 by the end of this year.

Today, Coolblue announces its annual figures for 2021. The e-commerce company achieved a record turnover of 2.3 billion euros, which is 348 million euros more than in 2020. Due to investments in the growth in Germany, the launch of Coolblue Energy, and further automation of the Tilburg warehouse, the operating profit (adjusted EBITDA) for 2021 was 91 million euros. Most of all, these results were achieved by again making very many customers happy (NPS = 67).

Today, Coolblue publishes its results for 2020. The e-commerce company achieved a revenue of 2 billion euros (+34%) and a result (EBITDA) of 114 million euros, which is 66 million euros more than last year. Most of all, this was achieved by making very many customers happy (NPS = 68).
